• Not mandatory localization: “Lokalisering avgörs fortsatt av varje aktör utifrån egna affärsbeslut.” The assignment is about providing better information, not directing where companies must establish themselves.
• Anvisningssystem is a tool to show areas with particularly good connection conditions — faster connection, less grid investment needed.
