Ei Nätutvecklingsplaner E-tjänst (2026)

Ei news item (1 Oct 2026) announcing that the new e-service for reporting network development plans (nätutvecklingsplaner, DNDPs) opens on 2 November 2026, and that plans for 2027–2036 must be submitted by 31 December 2026.

Key points

• New reporting route. From this year Ei has an e-service that replaces the earlier way of reporting DNDPs; all grid companies submit all information digitally through Ei’s e-service portal.
• Dates. The service opens for reporting on 2 Nov 2026 and closes on 31 Dec 2026. Authorised signatories (firmatecknare) can log in to the portal already and assign permissions to the people who will report; permissions must be in place before reporting starts. Ei will send a start letter through the portal before the service opens.
• Login. Reporters must be authorised and identify themselves with BankID, as for Ei’s other e-services.
• What is submitted. The service is built in steps with guidance on what to state. The plan and the consultation report (samrådsredogörelse) are uploaded as PDF files, and one or more maps can be attached as shapefiles. Companies can save a draft, change data and resubmit until the period closes, and download what they submitted as a PDF.
• Why Ei changed it. Ei expects the information to be more structured and useful to stakeholders it names as county administrative boards, municipalities and flexibility service providers, and to make Ei’s own compilation easier. Only what companies report in the e-service is used and shown in Ei’s existing map service for DNDPs, which Ei can now develop further.
