Skånska Energi Nät AB, “Nätutvecklingsplan 2027–2036” (preliminär samrådsversion), 2026. DNDP for a small, independent Swedish DSO (org.nr 556497-5232, lokalnät REL00169) with a Lund postal address (Box 25, 221 00 Lund). Ingested specifically to resolve an open data gap on Kraftringen Nät: an unexplained “SKN” row in Kraftringen’s own 2027–2036 DNDP flexibility-need table.
What this confirms
“SKN” is Skånska Energi Nät’s own official network-area designation, stated directly in the company’s own DNDP: “Skånska Energis elnät utgörs av ett sammanhängande nätområde, med benämning SKN, på totalt ca 400 km²” (“Skånska Energi’s grid consists of one contiguous network area, designated SKN, of approximately 400 km² total”). This resolves the identity question flagged when ingesting Kraftringen’s DNDP — SKN is not a typo, an aggregate row, or a ninth Kraftringen delområde; it’s a separate company’s own area code.
Geographic overlap with Kraftringen is real, not coincidental. Skånska Energi’s single nätområde sits mostly in Lund kommun (51% of its 20,600 consumption subscriptions), with the rest in Kävlinge (34%), Eslöv (8%), and small slivers of Staffanstorp and Svedala — which puts it in the same Lund/Kävlinge area as Kraftringen’s Lund delområde (this document does not itself describe Kraftringen’s territory, so the extent of overlap is not stated in it). Skånska Energi connects to E.ON‘s overlying regional grid at three gränspunkter (Kävlinge 10 kV, Södra Sandby 130 kV, near Genarp 130 kV).
The numbers match. Skånska Energi’s own flexibility-need assessment (its Table 6) gives 2 MW for 2027–2031 and 5 MW for 2032–2036 — the same 2 and 5 MW shown in Kraftringen’s SKN row, so that row appears to reproduce Skånska Energi’s own figures.
What’s still not confirmed: why Kraftringen’s own flexibility-need table (Table 15, addressing Kraftringen’s own DNDP obligations) would include a row for a neighboring, independently-owned company’s area at all. Skånska Energi Nät’s own DNDP doesn’t mention Kraftringen by name anywhere in this document, so there’s no stated coordination arrangement on either side. No mechanism for why the row appears in Kraftringen’s table is stated in either document.
Company and grid overview
400 km², 1,900 km of lines (700 km at 10–130 kV, 1,200 km LV), 600 nätstationer. 20,600 consumption subscriptions, 2,400 production subscriptions. 2025 consumption: 300 GWh, peak hourly demand 72 MW (13 January, 07:00–08:00). 60 MW installed production capacity (33 MW solar, 27 MW wind). Assessed at kapacitetsläge C for the 2027–2036 period (C in large parts of the area, driven mainly by limits in E.ON’s regional grid; the western Kävlinge/Furulund parts are excluded from that overlying-grid limit) — meaning further capacity-boosting measures are required to meet the forecast. Planned investment 2027–2036 is about 840 Mkr; assessed flexibility need is 2 MW (2027–2031) and 5 MW (2032–2036), with need expected for up to about 100 hours per year on cold winter days.
Relevance to this wiki
- Kraftringen Nät: resolves the “SKN” data gap on both the entity page and the 2027–2036 DNDP source page — identity confirmed, mechanism still open.
- No dedicated entity page created for Skånska Energi Nät itself at this stage — this source page exists to support the Kraftringen cross-reference. A full ingest (own entity page, full DNDP read) would be a separate, explicit decision.
